Mary Ann Nugent was born around 1830 in Roark's Cove, Franklin County, Tennessee. Her father was John Nugent and mother was Elizabeth Neighbors. I have found no records that she ever married and she was in all the census records living with her father. Mary Ann and her sisters were assulted as is shown in the 1852 court case. She is not listed as an heir in the John Nugent estate in 1876 so I can only assume she died between 1870 and 1876. I have found no information since then. She probably died in Franklin County but I have found no record of her death or marked grave.
